Championing sustainable circular solutions in Ghana
Discover how Green Circular BioSolutions is transforming organic waste into high-protein animal feed and organic fertilizer using Black Soldier Fly technology. Explore our core pilots and projected circular impact below.

Madina Market waste diversion initiative
At the bustling Madina Market, organic waste poses severe disposal challenges. We evaluated 80 tonnes of daily waste and identified 10 to 20 tonnes per day of clean, suitable feedstock for Black Soldier Fly bioconversion. Diverting this material relieves municipal pressure while laying the groundwork to process up to 50 tonnes daily into valuable feed and frass fertilizer.

Poultry feed validation pilot
In partnership with progressive agricultural leaders including potential customers we have already identified and regulatory and city administrative bodies such as municipal assemblies, we are validating sustainable BSF protein meal and dried larvae as replacements for costly conventional feed ingredients. This pilot creates affordable feed alternatives for local farmers while lowering the carbon footprint of regional livestock production.

Oyibi production site and community impact
Our proposed Oyibi pilot facility bridges local waste management with commercial scale-up. Projected to yield 360 tonnes of protein meal and 3,000 tonnes of soil-enriching frass fertilizer annually, the project will generate green jobs across waste collection, facility operations, and distribution. We invite partners to join our pilot phase as we transition from feasibility to full commercial operation.
